Product not enclosed, but on packaging slip

Has this happened to anyone? I received my super Saturday order (Laura Geller baked body frosting and philiosophy cookie showe gel) yesterday and when I opened the box, my cookie shower gel wasn't enclosed but was on the shipping label?? I Emailed customer service and am waiting on a return response..
