Problem doing our taxes on the HR Block site

Today we did our federal taxes - we always use the HR Block site so that was, of course, where we went. At the end it would not allow me to e file because it kept saying that I had not entered a proper payer address for one of our 1099R forms. We have 3 of those so I went back through them over and over and over but could not find the problem so I finally had to call the help #. The representative said it was a simple fix because the program has a glitch and it enters the first one you put in on the second line - the next on the third line etc leaving the first line empty. the computer then sees it as you not entering the information on the first line and keeps rejecting the return . The solution was simple - there is a prompt on each line to edit or delete it - you simply delete and that fixes it. of course by the time I got to find out what the fix was I had been messing with it for hours and was extremely frustrated - then was on hold waiting for the rep for 40 min.too. geez you would think they would fix that, since they know it is there. They did say they would only charge me $9.99 instead of the $19.99 so i guess that is something anyway.

That's frustrating.
