The baby is gorgeous and the parents look very happy. Hoping Eugenie a speedy recovery from her C-section.

And a million other exhausted parents. Read on UK Daily Mail E had a c-section. Im sure the palace announced it since that info is critical to the british public. Hope she recovers quickly.

Well, the thread title was VERY clear that it contained a newborn's pic, easy enough to pass on by if not interested......but that wouldn't be as much fun I guess.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Just posting opinions. The baby is cute. The parents, as grandchildren to Her Majesty, should be held to a higher standard, imo, like Her Majesty's other grandchildren.

Think she had to have that because of that scolosis condition. I read that some place has to do with the spine.

You're right, she said that she has metal plates and screws from her surgery when she was 12 to correct the curvature in her spine from scoliosis and the placement of those wouldn't allow her to have an epidural.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

First time parents with their baby are just the cutest.  So wonderful to see a happy photo.
