I didn't know it was shut down.  That's too bad. I really enjoyed the bi-annual worst of awards. I cried laughing so hard.  Really clever and funny group over there.

I can still see the forums. I went to read the forums after I saw the posts here.

I can see the other forums but nothing of the home shopping threads. I thought it maybe because I am not registered there.

@THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes   Oh, yes, I've posted on there for years.  Very interactive with probing comments for some of my favorite shows (and the shopping channels). Very entertaining and a lot of "pointed" comments that are very relevant and enjoyable (at least to me).

About 2 weeks ago, they went on a LONG hiatus.  When they returned there were NEW RULES AND REGS aimed at a "new direction and powers" for the mods.

This change did NOT interest me (or impress me) at all!

After the announcement, I noticed that the # of posts went WAY DOWN...I got very few responses to posts I'd written.  I always got many in the past.

I compare the change to a new HOA Board with "power trip" tendencies being put in place so an immediate red flag was hoisted by me.

I'm not sure that board will ever be the same again.  That's A PITY!

I thought this was going to be about how it constantly boots you out and you have to reload. Anyway, it's fine for me other than that. I just checked a second ago.  Do you mean a specific forum is shut down?

OK I see you're talking about the shopping channel forum.

Try this one:

I just went to this forum.shoppingsnark dot com.  Looks like they are trying to recruit the members from the one that was just shut down.

Such a shame the way this was handled. I always looked forward to my daily dose of Primetimer.  There were so many witty and talented contributors and I will miss reading them.  To Boony, From Where I Sit, Candy Apple, Coffee Cup, Chicks, Brooklyn and so many others; thanks for the memories.
