As a senior who is on fixed income, just don't buy like I used to.

The Q should understand that their late middle aged/senior gals cannot afford the prices that are offered - even with easy pay.  I shop other sites and other places.

Even when prices are going up everywhere, the Q should still be the best buy as they are selling in millions of homes, have no middle man, and should pass on the savings to their customers.

@Catastrophe I think the Q has to pay also higher prices to get these products. I agree that the prices are very high,but I'm not sure there is much that the Q can do about it.

@febe1. QVC IS the middleman. They have a HUGE overhead to cover.

I am semi retired,  work from home and don't need many clothes at this time.  My closet is well stocked.  Our towels, blankets and bedding are overflowing because I love coverlets and quilts living in FL!  I will say though, that most of my skin care and shoes still come from Q.  Their prices for the brands I use are better than the products websites.   I have wide feet so shopping at a store is not an option. When I find something I like I buy multiple colors from Q.  Again my closet has a lot of shoes Smiley Happy  But I spend wisely on shoes.  Learning to cut back and save our money for fun things.  Haven't bought anything today for free shipping.  Stocked up a few weeks ago on new pj's and robe that were clearance sale price and free shipping.  Happy shopping for those that do!

Right - usually with QVC clothes the price tag indicates quality, comfort and size consistency.  But the past few years most of my new clothes have come from the Big A Store and I'm very pleased.  I'll shop local if I need special or work items. And what's with those hideous green patterned shirts and dresses?  And the over abundance of "wine or maroon and dirty brown" fabrics?  Annddd -- the "fabric" used by Barefoot Dreams is poly, I got an UGG robe in same material for much LESS $$$.  So YES I'd agree that most of the women's clothes on QVC are overpriced and now we PAY FOR the Return shipping?

@febe1

In the approximately twenty years I've been shopping on QVC and watching programs have I EVER heard them even imply they had the best and lowest prices.  Never.

They are the quality, value and convenience retailer.

You can get lower prices elsewhere.
