Someone has to pay for the free exchanges...and it's not QVC. Higher prices for free shipping, too, if QVC goes in that direction.
For those who don't exchange much, now they are paying higher prices for those who do.
Not saying, this is the only reason for the higher prices. As for tariffs, isn't it time clothing manufacturing returned to the U.S.?

I agree the prices have gone up and I only purchase Philosophy now. Clothes are too expensive to try on and return if they dont fit well. I prefer Amazon now. Cute clothes that are current and affordable and faster service.

@songbird I believe it was Aug. or Sep. 1st that the tariff went into effect for clothing. So who should be blame for that? QVC?
