We took a chance on them and were left (literally) out in the cold. We had a night flight that was suppose to arrive about 8:30PM. The departure time was pushed back over an hour. I called them and told them our arrival time was now 9:45 and they said there would be no problem. By the time we picked up our luggage it was after 10. Their counter closed at 10 but there was a message for us telling us to wait at a specific door and a shuttle would be by for us.

We waited for about a half hour and finally a curb side porter asked us which rental car shuttle be wanted. When we said Enterprise, he said their last shuttle is at 10. We explained the message we received he called a number he had for them. He said the gentleman said we were told we needed to be on the curb by 10.
