Tornado warning in West Chester PA and surrounding areas. Emergency warnings interrupting local TV where I live.

i thought i was gong crazy trying to figure out what was going on.  i looked at philly weather, they are under a tornado watch.  hope everyone stays safe.

I just checked QVC2 because Terri said she was coming on  at 5:00 and it also says previously recorded. 

 

We have had heavy rain off and on the past couple of hours in Pittsburgh and there's tornado warnings but I don't know about West Chester
