Today, lots of food, and lots of previously recorded shows, and some without the usual hosts. It was like this over the weekend as well. What is going on?

Many hosts have been taking their vacations now before the holidays.

@Harperlou  My TV guide show 'live' on QVC all day today.  Were you watching QVC2? That was not live.

I caught all three. And just now, Laura Geller was supposed to be on and they are showing another previously recorded show of a different show.

@Harperlou    The only time QVC has recorded programming is from 2am to 5am.  The rest of it is live, and yes, hosts do get vacations and sick leave.  Q2 has many more recorded programs, as somebody asked you, is that what you're watching?  You didn't reply.

@Harperlou  Mine is still live. Philosophy is on (7pm) live with Jane Treacy. Oh well.

I've noticed so many hosts on lately at different times than usual.  Maybe due to vacations.

But also so often lately I turn on QVC or QVC2 and I don't even recognize the host.  Or is it a vendor?  Hard to tell these days.  very confusing.

On eastern standard time, QVC resumes live programming at 7am.  

My guess is you were watching Q2.
