still of bit (a lot() of now in my area

the sidwalks are pretty good but the corners where u cross the streeet may be iffy

since it hasnt been above freezing - nothing is melting like most of the country that was hit - but i'm going stir crazy

thinking of venturing to the supermarket - around noon where it may rise to 23

i'm also perusing flower bulbs - sigh

these 2 are very similar visually and the descriptions

yet 3 bulbs for $30 or 3 bulbs for $23 - if it was a size diff - sure but

&*(^&^$#$&*(-   what is the $7.00 difference?

this dahlia is stunning -but it comes in a 2 pack - i dont have room to put in 2

they take up a lot of room when they start growing

a reminder - i farm by the inch and not the foot

i see no  differences in first pic   but they are verry purdy pictures

these are all from brecks dot com

the pinks - both are double flower flily - has fragrance like a stargazer w/o the stamems that has the orange powder

they both are describe as light pink framed with white  and chartreuse inner

yeah - why.... bc ^&*&^##$

if the flowers were larger - or more flowers - or taller etc

i guess i can contact them on a weekday and say WHY????

the dahlia purple tips are kinda cool - right?

Do the different lilies bloom at different times?  Maybe that could account for the price difference.

Both are beautiful, as is the dahlia.

As @cowboy sam said, by careful if you venture out today.  Hopefully your area is cleared better by now than mine.

It's sunny here, but it still won't get out of the 20s today.  Back into the teens tonight.  I just hope the wind is gone by then.  The windchill this morning was atrocious!

I have returned....

my supermarket is 1 mile away where i always walk - the distance is fine

i try not to get overloaded by the weight when i walk back

the walking 99% was fine - 1% was a little iffy on crosswalk corners

i got ground beef  to make chili tomorrow- along with other essentails for it

i bought more stuff closer to home and a good haul was completed

cawfee on - had a snack and sat down to a large bowl hot ginger pumpkin soup

zoe is snoozing on my bed - she is cozy and fine
