i had my grandfather, who   served inthe Army

plus

a uncle(  my mom's brother)  and his 2 sons that served in the Navy

plus

   my friends the married couple ..her dh was in Army.

Yes and yes re my back.

I have been getting Prolia shots for years, twice a year, for osteoporosis.  I tried to avoid, but knew my Vitamin D was so low, so it was unavoidable.  Some people naturally have very low levels of D.  The shots are really helping me.  I go to a Bone Clinic at the U of CT, where their med and dental schools are.  Not far away - I feel blessed.

I also have arithritis in my back.  So many of us do.  But as I said to my PCP, "I have to not complain because so many do

not Live to be 80."  

I try to be grateful for good things to Our Lord.

Quite a happy day here.  I had ordered some knit Yoga pants to wear to my PT, and at home since I will be exercising every 

day.  Quite a bargain, as I always do so well at Macy's and their constant sales.  Bought some nice baby clothes for our neighbor, who is expecting very soon.  And, as always, a gift for their darling little boy.  An old neighborhood here, so much excitement.  Everything on great sales.

After PT tomorrow and a long beautifying session, DH and I are going to my favorite place to eat for our 58th wedding 

anniversary.  Hard to believe.

Good Morning Y'all. Yesterday afternoon was hectic.UPS didn't ring my door bell but dropped off a return mailing label for the Amazon package. Note also attached that they attempted to pick up the package on 11\9. Well - they didn't ring my door bell and I didn't know a pickup was already scheduled. Indicated a fee will be due if schedule another pickup.

I went on line this morning and scheduled pickup for today between 12 and 6 and the fee was $19.55 and considering the pack weighs 20 pounds per their notes. I do have My UPS Choice account and everything documented in this account. I am assuming Amazon is paying the return fees but will be notified when UPS picks up the package. 

USPS Informed Delivery today : Indicated the Amazon replacement table is out for delivery today. Praying it will be delivered today with all necessary parts included and no more issues.
