Thank you both for your kind and encouraging words. I now have started my exercises at home, which are challenging.
I am determined to get better. Love my therapist, and It is a kind and friendly atmosphere. Will likely be getting PT for quite a while.

Cowboy Sam, the treatment you use sounds so interesting. Can you get it from Amazon? I am so grateful for all my treatments, and especially for all my friends here.

Hello to all Preds Friends!

Tonight, being Thursday, I wonder if you all are enjoying the Matlock show that is on CBS. I sure have.

Kathy Bates stars as a wealthy woman, a retired lawyer, married, she and DH caring for young grandson. He lost his mom (their daughter) through drug use. Matlock is determined to find out those responsible for this drug hitting the streets, so she goes to her suspected law firm, looking for a chance to find the guilty person.

Of course, she says she is a lawyer, retired but needing money. She is 75 in the show. She is a fox! Such an entertaining show, and I love Kathy Bates! Then I watch Elsbeth, another woman fox who ferrets out criminals.

Just thought I would recommend if you care to watch. Maybe you already do!

yes.. it can be found on Amazon but i ordered mine from Walmart.

Just be sure it has "seaweed extract" in it...they sell other brands also but..i like the"Health&Wisdom" brand best...

oh..it can also be found in some health stores...

also be bought in a 4 oz. bottle...it lasts a long time, has no odor or greasey feel to it.

@PamfromCT : I wanted to watch when it started. Love Kathy Bates. DH totally against any remakes. Last night he was watching football on Amazon Prime. I watched and really enjoyed this. DH kept looking over at the tv and making " faces". Oh well.😀

@Yahooey @cowboy sam @geezerette @PamfromCT : Shower finished but need to wait until tomorrow morning to let everything seal or whatever. Looks good. We have one extra corner shelf with total of 4. Threshold decreased from 8" to 1 1\2 inch. The shower floor has more slip resistance. The grab bars moved for easier reach for me. Owner will be contacting me later for payment.
