zoe is still not allowed in construction zone

she has spent time snoozin' in sunbeams when she could

- but we had many cloudy days this week as well as showers

cabinets are coming in thursday and are being installed - so excited

then will contact counter guy to measure and order that

i tired ordering my range and hood - DISCONTINUED on range

grrrrrr

the replacement model willl no longer have knobs

just a touch pad

you know how that goes.... if it is anything like my TV remote - EGADS

it sticks - it doesnt respond

i may be bashing the pad - TURN OFF... TURN OFF... my stuff is burning

crossing fingers all will be fine

since it has no knobs or anythign resembling a range

it will look like.a gigantic trash compactor lol

I lubs your preds pink peonies

While walking yesterday...i saw some "deep red peonies" and wish i had some in my yard.,also saw some white ones....

and lots of different colored iris's...loved the deep purple ones in a few yards!

I have to look in peoples yards.....oh..up the block from me...poppies blooming!!

Neighbors are just starting to put plants in gardens...like tomatoes,etc.

my younger niece is visiting today

she didnt pick up her tomato plant that i potted for her 

she visited her mom last week and only picked up the small seedlings

(she has a pot thst she has used previously)

i wanted to give her a regular size tomato - the other 2 are cherry tomatoes

so i had to find a pot - put in some mix and it took off

it looks huge - i know she will be surprised how big it is 🍅

Waving To All Preds' Friends..

Been a little busy around here...I've made a few trips to NY to help with some personal family issues ...I've been trying to finish Summer planting of flowers in between and we are slowly getting there, as weather hasn't been cooperating very well....We also drove down to the shore area and decided to make reservations for July...about four days...thinking of also heading up to Maine in September...one of our very favorite locations...love being by the water!

@dooBdoo ...Always so wonderful to see you and your beautiful  posts warm my heart!  

@SouthernBee ...My heart goes out to you...I'm happy to see that you will be consulting with a Visiting Nurse soon as I'm sure she will be of great help to you, as well as with services that are available for you.  

@cowboy sam ...Wow, more extended family!...I can't keep up with your family tree as it is but I am so happy for you as having close family/friends makes such a difference in our lives...We all need each other...without the "pancakes".   

@Yahooey ...Ooooh... our Ryan Gosling..."The Fall Guy"!...I'm not much of a fan of Action movies but I'm willing to watch anything with Ryan Gosling!...How did you like it?

WooHoo...Construction starting up again with new Cabinets being installed soon...It definitely takes a lot of patience, but will be so worth it all...a beautiful, fresh new look for you and Zoe!

Your Peony Bush is lovely and so healthy...I didn't know that they grew so tall....Of course, I have to mention that the adorable gray and white furry love always lurking in the background of your pictures  just melts my heart....Zoe has such a cute very expressive face...I Lubs her!  

It's been rainy here again today, but it is starting to clear up now and this week is looking really goooooood!

@Yahooey : So frustrating to finally find something you like and then to be discontinued. Then to accept what is available or look for something else. The excitement can be focused on the cabinets and counter tops. Any estimate given on how much longer before everything is completed.
