Our food choices today. After DH appointment with the foot doctor decided to go to IHOP. I normally order the fruitty whatever option. Waitress excited and announced as of this week totally new menu.?!😯 DH was able to order his regular 2x2 option. I decided on the banana and strawberry French toast on some type of specialty bread with a French vanilla cream sauce. I chose the strawberry syrup. Apparently the changed the coffee because really wasn't good. I wasn't impressed with the French toast . Plus the meal really didn't satisfy or fill me up.

This afternoon DH went to Chick-fil-A . I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich without cheese and the kale salad. The sandwich was very good. They indicated the kale salad was changed to a healthier and lower calorie salad. The salad was good but nothing like the original. Bummer.

@geezerette : Thank you. I have been very slow and careful while doing what was necessary. If I moved anything it was slow and inch by inch instead of trying to lift any thing heavy.

@JaneMarple , so happy they were just cysts! Even though I haven't had breast cancer, both of my sisters did, my three aunts and most of my cousins has had cancer on my dad's side of the family. Two years ago, I had "markers" placed in both breasts in areas of particular concern. I used to have to go back every six months, have more diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds, etc. before they put in the markers. I would wait days and days on end to get the dreaded results before the markers were implanted. Since I had the markers implanted, I usually have my results before I even get home from my appointment!
