We will be having Saurkraut with Baby Back Ribs...I rinse the saurkraut... chop and saute' a large onion...add to the saurkraut...then add a couple of shredded carrots, a couple of chopped apples, some V-8 juice and caraway seeds....mix together...Place saurkraut mixture in roasting pan...place baby back ribs on top of saurkraut...and bake at 350 for two hours...basting ribs after one hour....Ribs come out so tender and saurkraut is delicous...I have it all set to go and ready to put in oven at 3:30 which is right about now...Yummy!

@SouthernBee ...You deserve to have some "down time"...so relax...There will always be something to do...When I'm home, I'm always fussing around with something but I do enjoy it...I just try not to get too ahead of myself...We had a couple of rooms painted by a professional painter in the beginning of last November and now we have decided to have him do the rest of the rooms in our home...He and two other guys work together and they do a wonderful job...I will schedule him for Spring because I like to have the indoor jobs done during the good weather when I can have the windows open...It's always something when you own a home.

By the way, I saw your post about the robot at your local restaurant...That would creep me out!...I haven't seen it in our area yet! 😵

I have minature purple iris "coquas" blooming...way too ealy!
