Friends asked me for dinner too, but I was there last Christmas and they had way more people than she told me there was going to be. I didn't know anyone and didn't enjoy myself at all. weather has been changing up in 50's today..and ive had chills off an on today and feeling blah...no deliveries today either!

Had my door bell ring a few min. ago and a neighbor gave me a still warm from oven pumpkin pie...i almost cried!
(This is not neighbor i walk with ).
Last year she also gave me a home made pumpkin pie and plate of home made cookies for Christmas
I sure wish you and i were neighbors, i'd share my pie with you!.🤗I'm still wanting pizza instead of turkey...lol!

I think this is the second or third time it's landed on Thanksgiving.

I ordered a banana custard cake - 3 layers of banana cake with walnuts, 2 layers of vanilla custard, 1 layer of choclate custard and cream cheese frosting.

There will also be an apple pie and cookies.
