I've never heard of an explosive gas detector.  I'm going to have to look that up.

Costco cakes are very good.  I've had that tuxedo cake - very moist of flavorful.  

I can sympathize with being a hard blood draw.  My blood isn't slow, but it's hard to find.  My veins are shy.  LOL  I had one tech use a heat pack on my arm first.  She said it helps for people who are hard to draw blood from.  I always keep that in mind.  

Your lunch looks absolutely delicious.  I've never had anything like that.  I wouldn't even know what to order.

we have snow also... but streets are wet!

We have a weather adisvory  from 2am until noon   with snow...then mixed with rain..tis the time of year for the snow...

Went to bed a little after 10pm last night....couldn't sleep,was up at midnight and stayed up unil 1:30 and was up at 7:30am!

going to be a looooooooooong day!

one more thing - the topping of the seafood pancake are bonito flakes

the reason i wanted to elaborate - the cast iron plate is HOT and the bonito flakes curl and looks alive - i took a video - it was so cool - kinda like curling buring paper

since my BFF is familiar with restaurant - i defer to her for good fudz

fish flakes will taste like fish - it was a seafood pancake - so there is squid - i know bc i found a tentacle
