My neighbor is great!

uh..she just knocked on my door!

She bought 2 more boxes of lights..300 in each box of 2 strands...=600 more lights on total 

I wanted to pay her for both boxes but she told me no! 

So as soon as its dark we will go out and look at my tree....she gets a view  of the tree from her window acoss the street.

Ps

only a small short ladder was needed for a bit  today.

Wow, she sure is great.  Not only does she help you with your lights, but she buys more for you too!  Good to hear you only needed a short ladder today.  I hope you're not too sore now.

Are there any houses for sale in your neighborhood?  I need a couple of neighbors like you two.  I can't imagine any of mine doing anything like that for me.

i'm here just out of sorts - this daylight saving time + drinking cawfee too late in the afternoon - have not been sleeping but still out swimming etc - so relaly tired

been sleeping 4-5 hrs a night since we changed - grrr

dumb me had cawfee after 3pm  yesterday - BAD yahooey 

so.... today i finally visited the Intrepid - been meaning to for the past decade

beautiful balmy day - really interesting 

the tight passageways and steep steps - bless these servicemen

many are in uniform around the city for Veteran's day - very cool

paid extra $7.00 to inside the Concorde

- it is beige inside - just like any other plane - besides the fab food and FAST flying time - it is nothing to look at inside - there was a copy of a ticket when they flew - a little under $7,000 one way - yowsa

had a late lunch and then traveled back in the DARK...

i showered and having a frozen margarita- Daily's drink

i'm having 1/2 bc ast time i had the whole thing... not good for yahooey

@Yahooey I love the Intrepid! Do you remember the crazy blackout of 2003? I was walking from midtown to the ferry to try to get home. Nothing was open, no stores could check anyone out. I was dying of thirst walking all around New Yawk. I walked up to the Intrepid and asked if I could buy a bottle of water from the guard. 🤣. He gave me 2 bottles of water. I made it home 1am. Crazy day.

Today was so warm, but that's the end of it.  It's going to be in the 30s and 40s.

Sorry you're out of sorts.  The time change and change of seasons are difficult sometimes.  

I just looked up some pictures of the Intrepid.  That sounds awesome.  I'm jealous of all the cool things you get to see.

By 4 PM, it's getting dark here.  That just makes me want to go to sleep.
