Good Morning Everyone!...Weekend is almost here, so let's just be sure to start our Friday off with some good stretching exercises to rid our bodies of  all that built-up tension from throughout the week...Okay, ready...

No sleep last night.  It was so hot, kept sneezing, heard coyotes howling - it's going to be a long day.  

@Bri369 ...What State are you in and what temps are you having?...The area you live sounds absolutely gorgeous with the Forest Preserve nearby, except for the coyotes that is...lol

We had a coyote den in a wooded area near our comunity about four or so years ago and, every now and then, we would spot one...Late one night, as I was getting ready for bed, I happened to look out in our backyard area and I spotted a shadowy figure similar to a coyote...a little hunched over...just casually strolling along...It was dark so I couldn't really see it that clearly but it was rather eerie.

I'm in a western suburb of Chicago.  The preserve is very beautiful.  There are people who fish, kayak, run, picnic - it's a very nice area.  I'm sure it's home to a lot of animals.  It's protected from traffic and people trying to harm them.  

I know they're close, but they don't come near the house.  I'm good with that!

It sure does take longer (for everything!) when you get older.😫  And I also hope that with time and exercise you will be better than before.❤️

@Bri369 ...It sounds absolutely lovely and what a beautiful place to have so close by to enjoy...I'm also so happy to read that it is protected from traffic and that the Forest Preserve also have people who are there to protect the animals from harm...That warms my heart!
