i spent the afternoon with foodie niece who made me a tomato galette to take home (she bought way too many tomatoes at the farmer's market) i pluck as i need from my farm lol - the galette took a subway seat (sheet pan size) - we chatted and had a good time - tomorrow she is having a family dinner for Pancake's BD

prayers for her to survive it

orange colored bc my sungold tomatoes are orange -

and they outnumbered the red ones i used

It looks so pretty.  I've never had tomato soup cold.  I love it hot with croutons or crusty bread.

Tomatoes are so healthy for you.  

You're right, there isn't much difference between soup or sauce.

@cowboy sam : Thank you. Hospital just called and we need to be there Monday  5:30 a.m. So SIL can't drive in the dark . We will have the car packed and pick her up. She can drive from the hospital and her DH will pick her up later at our house. At least for DH this will be the first surgery for the day. 
DH asked: What are all the benefits of the new " throne" ? I replied other than obviously the physical help, will reduce the amount of toilet paper and not using wet wipes. Then he asked: " will this cause the water bill to increase? " Well considering everything that we do in life you must consider- does the extra cost really matter with the extra benefits of whatever.🤗♥️🥤🥤🥤🥤
