You might learn to love your new hairdo in a few days when you get used to it.  You're lucky to have some curls of your own--my hair is as straight as a board.  I'll l bet you're cute!🥰

I'm currently going through that "Why did I cut my hair so short" phase like I usually do after a cut.  It seems now that I'm getting older my hair doesn't grow as fast as it used to either.  Or maybe I'm just more impatient.  But by the time it's grown out some I'll be complaining about it being too long!😆

As far as you DH not saying anything about your new 'do', I think most husbands are like that.  They get their hair cut all the time and think nothing about it, but they have no idea how traumatic a new hairdo can be for a woman!

Maybe we should start calling you "Marilyn"!  Ooh, la la! 😍😉

   plus going to park to knit and her crochet🤗🤗

I waited until yesterday to take my water to basement plus do a load of laundry down there  and later  in evening last  nite  went for a walk with neighbor  after my lawn guys left.

Today...no plans but to only relax!

@geezerette : Thank you. I still don't understand the stylist reference to Marilyn Monroe. I had trouble sleeping. When I woke up yesterday all the soft curls were flat and exposed all my bald sections in the back of my head. I put a little of the oil in my hair and bent over an shook my head. Gave hair a little lift but still issues. I put some styling gel in my hand with a little water and and gently scrunched sections of my hair. Very suprised with all the curls. Sprayed with hair spray. Gave volume to my hair but covered all the bad spots. I liked the results. Hope that I will be able to style it this quick and easy. Enjoyed the visit with my friend yesterday. She really loved the hair cut and style. She was totally surprised that I cut my hair so short.

@cowboy sam : Thank you. My birthday is on Saturday the 30th and I will be 68. With everyone's schedule had to celebrate yesterday and today but that's ok.
