We got rain through the night and early morning.  I thought I heard hail, but it was rain hitting the windows so hard.  I did hear thunder and see lightening too.  The sun is out now.  I'm sure it's so humid out.

Covid is getting out of control again here.  Trying to stay home as much as possible again.

I love foccacia, but I've never baked it.  I just imagine the dough is so pillowy and soft.  Yum.

Sorry you woke up so early.  It just seems when you need sleep, you can't sleep.  Smiley Sad

@Bri369 : Totally true. I had two projects that I wanted to finish. The box for the cable management kit - can't get everything back in the box. I need to sit at the table and dump everything out and try again. I saved several empty boxes trying to make everything fit better but - nope.
Another project: trying to drill holes in a plastic bin to store potatoes 🥔. Looked very easy in the YouTube videos - no way. I have a folding table in the family room for said projects but ready to put everything out of sight. My friend from Alabama will be visiting next Saturday.

Enjoy your weekend and stay cool.

super easy to make focaccia - just odnt overmix and use a timer - there should be a cideo on food network - i put thyme and flaky sea salt on top before baking

my short cut written recipe - easier to weigh the flour than scooping 5 cups and making a mess everywhere

i put my potatoes in a cardbox box - figure it wicks mositure  better than a plastic bag and idk if plastic bins would be the same circumstances

I hang mine in the dark (behind pantry door) in a heavy cotton bag.

That looks so easy.  I'll have to get some yeast just in case I get a fit to bake some.

I just keep potatoes and onions in wire baskets in the pantry.
