Just popped in to say hello and wish you a wonderful summer.

I post now and again and still read, but mostly, I'm silent Cat Happy

It keeps me sane and mostly happy.  Summer in Maryland hasn't been bad.  Cool and windy today.

Wishing you and everyone on the thread peace and happiness.

@Witchy Woman

So good to see you 👍

Can you give a hint about where you live in Maryland?  I lived on Eastern Shore for several yrs. as a child and loved it, have dreamed about going back.

Best to you, often think of how patient you were with your bat guest.

@Drythe

Eastern Shore is lovely!

I'm in Southern Maryland, Charles County in a small town called Charlotte Hall.

In the past I lived in Indian Head and Waldorf, and ended up here where we built our home.

No water near by other than a stream at the bottom of the hill Cat LOL

Although not the most beautiful area in the State, it is still rural in many spots and, after so many years, it's home.  I cannot imagine leaving.

Lovely little tomato, but will it ripen now?

I normally get a few plants in, but none this year.

Sadly, the Hummingbird Mint I did plant is being destroyed by voles, snails and slugs.

I give up trying to grow anything!
