This from my MD who is honestly one of the smartest people I know & actually studied nutrition, which many don’t.

it is ridiculous to pu bread, eggs and milk - the trifecta when there is bad weather a looming - cawfee, cake, soup makes better sense to me

i know when i'm sitting the weather out - i like hot cawfee, sweets and a large bowl of hot stuff, soup, stew, chili and lots of it

Good morning Preds and friends! I admire those of you that can sit and do puzzles. I am not patient enough to do puzzles. I get so frustrated! 😝 

@SouthernBee , you are a nicer person than me. I think I would take that cake and smash it in her face!
