@Yahooey : Dried dates and don't like. Dried apple, peaches, apricots, prunes, small bags of cashews, pistachio and almonds. In a wooden tray with red ribbon and kept them to make a cookie tray for for Christmas for the family that sent the candy, plant and fruit.

Hello Lovelies,

You are a baking artist, @Yahooey.  That tart is too beautiful to eat, seriously.  You have much artistic talent, girlie!  A second career, along with your flawless knitting, perhaps.

@SouthernBee, I sure hope your washing machine is fixed soon.  Whenever that has happened here, it puts me into a tizzy.  Do you folks have a laundromat anywhere nearby?  A pain in the neck, but survival.

I did notice quite a large group of vintage bundt pans for sale on Etsy.  That site has grown quite a bit over the years, and you would be surprised at all they sell there.  Individual sellers, like eBay.  I have done business with them and always happy.

We are in the process of having our house painted now.  Some repair work done, some scraping and sanding before painting.  Been going on for days, quite noisy.  The crew here has been fantastic, working so hard..  Start at 8 am, quick lunch, and work until dark.  All this has been quite entertaining for Winston, peering out, trying to see what is going on.  After all, it is HIS house, we just take care of it and pay the bills.
