I didn't see anything scary out there.  I was really surprised.

I didn't even see a fly.

GM Preds & Friends! Heart

We have been watching Clarkson's Farm on Amazon Prime - a documentary series about farming (yes) with Jeremy Clarkson.  .  It is the funniest, side-splitting funniest show I've seen in years. Two thumbs up!

@dooBdoo  I HAD migraines for 26 years and tried and used everything out there. Nothing ever worked or really relieved them.. I hadBotoxx injections that did really help. I used to get a  migraine for 4 days, every week until I gotBotoxx. It took me a year to agree to take it. I took it for probably 6 years. Instead of every week, i got a migraine every 34thh week and they were manageable. I also got a script forSprixx. That really changed me for the better,  I made thedrr give me the injections along the hairline and not anywhere near my brows or face. He also gave me theBotoxx on my temples, side of head and back of neck. About a year ago, my neurologist convinced me to try theAimovigg Injections.  He gave me the first one in his office. I've been giving myself the injections since then. They work like a miracle for me. No more migraines basically. I get one maybe every 3 months or so. I take theSprixx and in a day, I'm back to myself.

So many things triggered my migraines but mostly hormonal.

Ihopee you and anyone else that gets migraines, find relief. They are truly debilitating.

You have my sympathies every time you get one.❤️😘

FEEL BETTER, ALL BETTER!

Dear @Coquille!   I'm sorry you've had "the migraine experience," and everything it can entail, but so, so glad you found good solutions and your life is so much better now.   How kind of you to share this information❤️️   My wonderful neurologist, who had keen insight into and empathy for migraine particularly because of his family members who were challenged by this,  recently retired.   Also, my equally-wonderful family practitioner, who knows my family and has provided care for us for a lifetime, passed away.   As I think many have discovered, it's hard to find "replacements" for those who knew us and our history and were such an important part of keeping us well and able.   I'm still looking, asking, putting out "feelers" to  people I trust, so I have hope for good people and good things around the next corner.  Thank you, and I want to offer thanks to @Drythe@geezerette, @SouthernBee and others (sorry for leaving people out... I always feel bad about that, yet I know mymemoryy isn't always up tospeed🙃😜😊 ) who have shared really helpful and kind information along the way, too❤️️

@Drythe

uh  my big adventure for the day  was waiting for the rain to stop so i could go to my 3 month follow up at dr. office to see how my new bp med was working, etc!

Now i had a lined long raincoat on,umbrella in my right hand and a walking cane in my left hand and my purse on as crossbody bag....i get a few blocks away from office  and it was so humid..i was sweating up  so bad it was almost like having a 2d shower!I had to unzip my rain coat.

She was happy new bp doing its job was 116/84  and i had not taken my bp pill yet!

I got checked out  and we talked about my IB flare up  and my pain, discomfort from it..i asked for refill on med i had taken in the past..but if i did.. she told me that i had to take it every day then i would have the side affect of constipation!  I thought about it and that was the same side affect i had in the past...so i told her no..not to give me a script for it.

Good news also i have lost about 5 # in 3 months since last check up..so my bp med is working for me!

Need to go back again in 3 months for another follow up check up!

uh..it was a long walk home...carrying my coat, and unbrella  and using my cane but i think i must have walked close to a mile today walking !

oops edited to add

i believe running out of ice cream in the summer is an emergency

perhaps 911 is excessive - what about 311???

... or a call to Schwan's for an emergency top priority delivery (they have really good ice cream, and they bring it to your door!)!
