Dear preds friends..

I am so trying to not call a sister  from TX and tell her off!

Sunday nite she called to let me know she was at anothers sis house 4 miles from me. She left message on answering machine as i didn't answer my landline phone..i wasn't feeling good and didn't want to talk to anyone.

(I've been so stressed out thinking about our beloved Preds  and my fibro decided to flare up!)

Sis calls me Monday morning...i  tell her i'm in pain and not feeling good! So she told me that maybe Tuesday if i'm feeling better we can get together.  Told her i would call her around noon today  to let know how i was!

This morning i still wasn't feeling my best to see her...so i sent her a text message to let her know that i was  still not feeling well  at 11am and that i going to go back to bed!

I go back bed  as i'm dozing off..the phone rings,i don't answer it!, same with my cell phone,then i hear loud knocking on my front door!!!

No,i didn't get out of bed..i slept for a while...after i got back up   i checked to see who had called me    She had called me on both phones!!!!

  She knew i wasn't feeling good!

This sis thinks i'm at her beck and call whever she is around...well she can high tail it back to Texas  w/o seeing me now!!!

Rant over  now.

I saw Mr. Buddy two days ago near my house..and i'm worried about him  as he is now so thin!

Neighbor across from me mentioned that she told Buddy's owner same thing...and Roger laughed and told her that Buddy was just getting older!and chuckled she told me.

He should Not be thin.

i'm just fascinated .... ''i dont eat a lot of diff fruits as many make me itch

@cowboy sam : Good for you...... if a family relationship doesn't work..... do whatever you need to do to protect yourself. So sorry that you are in pain. Just like everyone else - I had them 🧅 eyes 👀 this weekend and yesterday.

@Yahooey : Just peel and slice the peaches.  Also delicious to warm the peaches in the microwave and serve over ice cream or serve over a piece of pound cake, good on waffles or pancakes...... did I make you hungry?😀😳 I just made myself hungry and don't need anything cause I was bad Sunday and endulged.......

@cowboy sam, That Roger does not deserve Mr. Buddy.  Is there anyone else in that household you can talk to?  Poor little Mr. Buddy.

And your sister “takes the cake.”  I guess she just does not listen and lacks respect, likely for others along with you.  We are not responsible for “iffy” relatives.  Most families have at least one.  You did the right thing, as usual.  I hope you are feeling better soon.  

@SouthernBee, Oh dear.  You work so very hard.  It is good to rest.  Resting is not being lazy, Bee!  You are quite the cook.  And I have a big collection of take-out menus.  I am so glad you ordered that lovely watch!

how big is ur fridge that can hold a case of peaches?

usually when i make something - the fridge is taken over by the alien item

case in point - i made a cheesecake for my brother when we got together for father's day

the cheesecake had to chill overnight- and i also got a few cartons of assorted fruits for the topping -- it took up the whole shelf and i had to rearrange stuff

i never had homemade peach ice cream or peach cobbler 

i wanna come over...

hope the watch works outl....  get it... works out...
