Good afternoon Preds and Preds very special friends. We went to Walmart this morning for groceries and RX. Got a good workout pushing the grocery cart because DH was in a hurry and meeting a friend for lunch. I noticed something different since exercising. Normally have trouble getting out of the car and left knee will pop twice before I can move- the knee didn't pop. Since the Amazon deliveries take longer was very relieved to find stretch bands at WM. Plus excited that I found the chocolate sheet cake ice cream in the pint size and purchased 2 since this is a limited flavor.Also found a few things that we like and use that hadn't been available and purchased extra.Return home and put the perishables up and doing other groceries later. I paid bills and after eating fell asleep and took a very long nap because I was worn out. I probably won't be able to sleep tonight 🤷‍♀️. My house rule: Just sleep whenever and do other stuff later.🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️
