@PamfromCT : Thank you. Your incident sounded scary and relieved you found help. I will contact the eye doctor and will feel better with his help instead of just selecting something over the counter to try first because it is both eyes. Just took eye survey on line and possibly dry eye , allergies but need help from the doctor.

They have made changes in staff and staff training about patients special needs. Assured me that I am not alone with having  issues with the eye pressure test and eye drops. In process of research for different testing options or solutions.  I have been sleeping and trying not to over use my eyes. Previous office visit given new RX for glasses but told not much change in prescription. We have vision insurance but our cost still high and was not sure if worth the effort for very little change. I will now try to do this. Last trip a year ago was to America's Best and not really happy with the product or customer service. DH wasn't happy with Eye Glass World. So more research needed. I truly appreciate your suggestions, love and concern.🙏🤗❤️
