@dooBdoo : Special friend was able to provide the much needed transportation with the last minute request. The Geek Squad lady very friendly and helpful. It was not me with operator error. The DVD player was defected. They had one more in the store. She opened it and made sure it was good and working. She also found a padded laptop case that was perfect for storage and moving from room to room. After leaving Best Buy we picked up another friend that we call ourselves " Three Musketeers ". Had a delicious lunch at Jason's Deli. The DVD player is the perfect size for me. Picture and sound quality great. However the headphones that I purchased- can still hear noise from the TV when DH is in the den with me. So today ordered the cheapest noise canceling headphones for $50 and hope they work. DH upset because the larger computer monitor that I ordered for him was sold out and the order canceled. The soap opera continues😳😁🤗❤️

Son and me found windchimes at Walmart..loved the sounds..he took one off the display for me then got one for his wife...price was great under $10.00 each...i uh asked if i could have one more ? of course he told me.. 

When i got back home..told him he had to put each one onmy 2  empty shepards hooks for me  that needed something on them   by front windows.

So i knew that they were from him and chose which hooks to put them on  and of course there was some wind and stated chiming for us!

That is a special friend!😊  I'm glad it's almost all resolved... fingers crossed that the headphones will do the trick.  That's a shame about the monitor, though.  Sometimes it feels like we keep bumping into walls, closed doors, obstacles at every turn, doesn't it.   Sounds like a lovely lunch break!😘🤗❤️
