@Bri369 Yes, the Hamptons are beautiful. We've been going there for over 40 years. We always would see celebrities. Never acknowledged them but they were there.

We sold our place and now we stay with our daughter. She bought a house in Southampton. I loved the Hamptons years ago. It has gotten very snobbish or maybe I'm just getting older and have less patience.

The only problem with the Hamptons or should I say Southampton, last year from March through August, most of the residents there did not wear masks and partied with no distancing. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

My kids only saw 2 friends out there (they wore masks and distanced) they stayed either in the backyard or in their driveways. My grandson only saw one of his friends, for the entire summer. He saw his other friends online but..... not the same.

I guess they thought their money would protect them!😱

My husband and I got our 2nd vaccines. So, in a week and a half, we can maybe go OUT SHOPPING, weeeeeeeeee! It's funny when you look forward to food shopping and such. We'll be heading back home to the City at that point.

I heard that it's snobbish unfortunately. That's a shame that people don't wear masks and take this seriously.

Yay for you getting your vaccines. It's going to feel so strange to be free again (when and if that ever happens)
