Oh gosh @SouthernBee I cannot thank you enough for this as I am used to preparing much smaller cuts of meat but this CB is close to the size you had so now I know to increase the cook time . . . bless you!

@momtochloe : Went back and checked my cooking notes. The original instructions indicated to cook the CB for 60 minutes and remove and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. I ended cooking the CB for 90 minutes because I wanted it tender but not able to cut pretty sclices because it fell apart. The potatoes were red potatoes were mush and relieved that I purchased extra. The next batch of potatoes were cooked 3 minutes. The original recipe called for a small cabbage, 3 three carrots and 6 red potatoes, plus onion that I replaced with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.I needed to feed 6 people and I purchased a medium cabbage, used 8 carrots and 12 red potatoes. My recipe said to rinse the CB and use beef stock and I didn't but followed directions on back of the CB package- didn't rinse and used juices from package, arranged CB in IP with fat side up and covered with water.❤️🤗
