Good morning friends of Preds, happy Food Delivery Friday! . . . Smiley Very Happy

Hope you all are doing well and getting ready for the weekend. I'm kind of excited about today's delivery as hopefully (fingers crossed) my St. Patrick's Day corned beef will arrive (please know overall I have been very pleased with the deliveries plus I truly appreciate the help but sometimes it can be a tad disappointing when you paw through your bags). If it does arrive, I am planning on making it in the Instant Pot this year.

This week's culinary obsession has been pineapple. Everything pineapple. They had Del Monte Deluxe Gold brand** on sale and since I usually buy the store brand if possible I gave it a try and it's very yummy. I just sauteed some green beans, onions, bacon, brown sugar and said pineapple and it came out rather yummy. I also quickly sauteed up a piece of tilapia in the remaining juices, needless to say I am looking forward to lunch later today (and I am sure my neighbors are thrilled that I fried up fish at 3:30 in the morning . . . Smiley Surprised ).

** about that Del Monte Deluxe Gold brand . . . what really caught my attention (besides the sale price) was the label. It's black and rather sexy looking. The only thing missing is to rename it Del Monte After Dark and add a lit cigarette . . . . hee! Smiley Very Happy Smiley Wink

@momtochloe : My special friend loves corned beef and cabbage . I decided to treat her early with that meal. I did this last week and had to go plates.I used the instant pot and everything turned out good. I had almost 4 pounds of corned beef and had to cut it up into three pieces to get it to fit in the pot plus had to cook longer than the 60 minutes in the instructions.❤️🤗
