i also did the same and went back to bed and boom back to sleep-i took a allergy pill before bed time and it knocked me out even after i went to br!

Good Morning Preds and Friends!
I woke up at 2:30 and was tossing and turning, so I just went to the couch. Wound up falling back asleep and now my neck and back are killing me. Cannot win with sleep

@Bri369 , I should have left some for DH. I can barely move today, I'm so sore.
She doesn't get out much, but she can't have a drift in front of her back door and her garage door. I need to check the weather forecast. 😵😬
