my niece made an appt for my mom thursday and there were so many openings

it was schedule for tuesday but was cancel since she is having other health issues

friends told me that their appts for their parents were months away and some can't even schedule - i was surprised my niece scheduled so easily

i guess when my niece did it - a new batch of vaccines came in bc she was just reading off days and times for me - WIDE open

@Yahooey , I think the rollout will be much better in the upcoming weeks and months, as increased supply comes out. Plus, the pharmacies and health care agencies giving it out will be better organized. This morning my arm really hurts and I do have a headache. 

@MyShadowLove , DH is 63 years old and has to wait awhile yet to get his vaccine. I only got mine because I work at a school. I'm 56.

GM Preds & friends! Snowing here. Not a nice snow either, a slushy mess.

When i got up this morning it was

-12!!

Now it warmed up to 

-5  and  still sunny!

Heard a sound earlier and i saw my neighbor lady shoveling snow off my steps...i opend the door and asked if she knew it was -12??? 

and  shes houldn't be shoveling light snow on steps and path along driveway for me to get my mail Monday!

Well ,she did it anyway then walked back across street from me!

the sno es koming down like gangbusters

i'm not going out yet to shovel - maybe an inch and it doesn't look like it will stop any time soon

not a heavy wind so it drifts down and not sideways which is good

but it is a lot coming down - heard it may be 1 inch an hour

30 right now and falling to low 20s tonight - gonna have to shovel at least once today to get some stuff off the ground and finish tomorrow morning
