Have fun painting!  I usually tape and trim, and my husband paints with the roller.  He tries to keep the paint can and tray away from me because I'd probably step into it or knock it over.  LOL

I didn't  sleep last night at all.

Not sick..

.but out of sorts today w/a fibro flare up...can't think straight, etc and very tired ,bp is up a tad  before i took my med for it.

@Bri369 @cowboy sam @Yahooey @Mj12 : I found Lamps USA: they have a sale plus signed up for emails with 15% off first order. I still need to move the lamp over 3 more inches but still considering better with longer shade. With the sale and extra off not as bad. Little nervous about the shade color eggshell and shape. But purchase would include shade and new harp. What do you say?🤷‍♀️😀❤️❤️❤️

I had no idea that the metal thingy under the shade had an official name - the harp.

@Mj12 : Thank you. Since the lamp shade is wider and taller they recommend a 12 inch harp for better support and of course mine is 11 inch. The other color was white. This was the only shape available for a taller shade. Mine measures 13 inch and this one is 17 inch.
