Hello all Lovelies,

Very cold this am.  Love to see all the birdies at the feeders.  And Winston loves it best.  Transfixed, sitting at the window, 

tail twitching with excitement.  That’s why he never gets outside.

Should do more work on my room.  Picture I ordered arrived, and we’ll see how I like it there.  Endless paper, endless ideas saved, would have to live til one hundred plus to do them all.

Anybody else here do this?

And Miss Pam, hello you youngster.  I am 10 years older than you.  So we have Old Pam, Young Pam.  When I first went to school, we used to have bomb drills, where we crouched under our little desks for protection.  Was appropriate for the times, not long after WWII.  And dinosaurs roamed the earth...

The sun's out here and very little snow, and I've been making good time on getting things done.  So..........................all's well here.  

Hope everyone else is doing just fine too.

Sun is out here also but 34 degrees  looks warm out  but i'm staying inside until i need to walk out to the street to mail box later.

Anyone else getting the out of area phone calls??..yesterday my phone counted 10!

If i don't reconize name or phone#  i let answering machine answer but no one leaves a message...lol

Today i have already had one call...lol

They just don't want to give up  SMH!thats ok..i still won't answer land line..yes i check to see if i know who it is before i walk away!

I go through spurts with those phone calls.  I haven't gotten any in a while, the last few days I noticed I'm getting a few. 

I just block them immediately.

@PamfromCT : Excited about your special room and hope you will post photos when completed. I had a special binder for home improvements and finally removed content and made recipe binder. Home improvement ideas and items that I selected were no longer available. I am trying to break the habit of purchasing cookbooks because normally just one or two recipes are use. I am now eating a lot healthier with more vegetables, fruits, reduced snacking and cutting back on sweets. I remember the Cuban crisis and everyone scared with the emergency drills. I remember my uncle purchasing emergency food and supplies for us and giving directions to the emergency shelters .
