Preds passed away on Fathers Day this past June  in 2020..

We  all miss her so  very much!

 So,we want to  keep her spirit,memories ,etc.

To my dear ⭐️Preds⭐️​​, and to @Yahooey, @loveschocolate, @Drythe, @SouthernBee, @Bri369, @momtochloe, @Mj12,  @Tique, @Cakers3, @Coquille, @qualitygal, @dmod nj, @SoX, @PamfromCT, @cowboy sam, @Suziepeach, @croemer, @Hippified, @MyShadowLove, @NEvans2, @dex, warm (((greetings))) to you.❤️   I'm sorry to be missing for a while...  long story and complicated.  

Leaving out a lot of details, but I can say that several events snowballed to create too much personal emotional pain and the traditional effective therapeutic hospital safety-net stays just aren’t available right now, and even the usual outpatient therapy is struggling to transition to new constraints.  Among so many other issues, mental health support is on shaky ground for many people.

Out of the blue, the gift of a miracle at the very time I needed it most, a friend who is a gifted therapist, psychologist, and sister-in-faith, offered a place at a retreat that was a rescue.  

My guardian angels, gathered at Preds' dazzling morning star, bless me beyond measure and beyond anything I deserve.  

I've been completely away from the internet and social media.  In an environment of peace, quiet contemplation and healing, education and new tools.

I only had a few hours notice just before I left, and I sent a quick email note to some of you saying I'd be gone for a wee bit of time.  Upon returning, I find lots of garbled error codes in my email account and it looks like it's not been working to send or receive for quite some time, so it appears that my message didn't get to any of you.  (I agreed to beta test a new email version -- fingers crossed that they'll get my account working soon.)  

So many treasured notifications here to read, later, and hope I don't miss any of them -- I'm still fragile and working on getting a more solid foundation so my guess is that I'll be in and out.  

Gotta dip those tender tootsie toes gently and carefully into the stream.  

But I wanted to peek in, and it's important for me to thank all of you who sent those notifications...  I see and I feel them.  You are friends.  

I want you to know that I miss you when I'm not here (miss you when you're away, too) but at the same time I feel your touch and your warmth across the miles every minute of every day, whether we're posting here or not.  

Some connections are genuine, enduring heartstrings that comfort and bless us.  

I'm so very, very grateful for them -- very, very grateful for you.  Be safe and well.❤️

The NHL 2021 season started last night.   I'm thinking of Preds and rooting for her boys as they start their season.  I will miss her funny posts on my hockey thread.
