I'm such a big dummy.  I still keep up with all my regular chores when I'm sick.  It may take me a little longer, but I get get it done.

I'm taking it easy.  I don't want an angry mob at my door LOL

I felt the need to get out last night.  We drove around looking at Christmas lights

@Bri369 , I bet that was nice. ❤️🎄

@SouthernBee

hmmm.. if u can swing by my house with the famous choc chip cookies

I would greatly appreciate it - I guess I don't stay at their hotels and got a cookie

Always a treat when you can a lil complimentary something - I'm ecstatic when I get a piece of fruit - but i would prefer a cookie

I have never ever made plain choc chip cookies - NEVER

I have made chocolate cookies that contains choc chips + nuts

I was never a Chips Ahoy fan or Oreo fan - i think they are best sellers for the US

I not saying I don't eat them when offered - I just don't buy them

When I buy cookies - Pepperidge Farm Sausalito - milk choc + macadamia nuts or

Tate's Chocolate Chocolte Chip -whch is the closest to a traditional choc chip

 i like fixings even with ice cream

give me some nuts - chocolate chunks - fudge

sorry I'm all over the place

was shoveling snow and now I'm sipping coffee

I guess your Doubletree recipe is a family favorite?

nothing betta than a homemade cookies - so gooood

Greetings to all from the North Pole!  Lots and lots of snow and still falling.  No problem, we have electricity, heat, and our long driveway has been plowed already and will need another plowing soon.  DH was forced by me to give it up years ago, so paying for plows much better than a heart attack.

@SouthernBee, I am so sorry to hear about this dear lady’s passing.  I lost a wonderful “sister friend” to ovarian cancer some seven years ago.  Still miss her so.  Please take care of yourself and don’t do too much.  Wishing you well.

Wishing all Lovelies well and safety if you are in this wintry weather.

@Bri369

I actually like shoveling snow

I do it really early in the monring - today was 7:30 am before it has been stomped down and compacted

today was not fluffy snow - it wasn't wet snow either which is the hardest to shovel bc it is so heavy and you really can't push it  - gotta lift and dump which is backbreaking

today's snow was chunky - bc it was sleeting last night

so i can scrape it off the sidewalk and slabs of it would dislodge and I can easily push it to where i wanna dump it

looks like it is gonna be below freezing until sunday which will go up to 40 degrees

I got around 4 inches compacted which would be 8 inches if it was soft and fluffy
