I didn't walk much during hot humid months/days..and like you it hit me ...but now it's slowly coming down/off..I wish we could walk together..as I tend to walk more often and further when someone else is beside me talking to me.
Exercise.?Walked,Mon.Tues.Wed.Thursday and today?IDK?Sat?

Have been asked to go shopping with 2 others Sat. outside my county but near @Bri369 and i'm too scared to go as new restrictions from state starts today!
I need to talk to best friend again and her daughter I'm hoping they will cancel the trip if not??IDK!!

Yes,i went there with my daughter a few months ago but it's different now and i'm scared to go now.

yes - I understand your concern about traveling to new places

it is really the luck of the draw - you can be with 100 people and they are all fine or you can be with 3 people and 1 of them is sick

I do limit my travels when interacting with others

it really is up to you - if you don't want to... say no ... ur friends will understand

it isn't worth it if you are uneasy -

saying no is an option - it doesn't mean that you are saying no to their company but for right now .... you are being safe
