The weather changed again to cool nights and

I have had a rough early morning ..cool air change caused a  fibro flare up...worst spasms    in  my right thigh and hip!

I needed a cane in each hand to put my shoes on and  made myself try to stand up straight to walk it off..  and     not much fun  wheee i boke out in sweat,

 ,had a runny nose even..trying to walk it off in my living room,kitchen..if i stopped it would get worse...this was betweem 1-2 AM!

I managed to take 2 tylenol..and had to wait for it to help me.I finally was able to go back to bed  at??But was up to start my day around 6am...

I'm ok now with just  a bit tenderness in my right hip...
