@Suziepeach,  I agree that @loveschocolate is a kind soul.   You are, too, you know.    I'm sorry I don't see your posts more often -- I remember some of the lighthearted and cheerful discussions from the past, your sparkling presence that I've always appreciated, and I feel that the history many of us share here is precious and something I hope I can hold onto in my memory bank.   

Also, as a fellow "Vol" I love seeing your siggy...  not only because of my roots but also because that song was playing at an outdoor arts festival where my late husband and I had our first date.   

Every time I hear the song, or see lyrics from it, I'm transported back to that clear, sunny spring day, sitting in the soft grass carpet on a slight hill above the performance stage, as I launched into singing along with the bluegrass band's rendition of "Rocky Top." 

I'm usually pretty shy, but somehow felt I guess a wee bit giddy and burst into song.    I'll never know why that moment in time imprinted so vividly onto my heart...  maybe the extraordinary magic of new love.   

Thanks for the memories and thanks for being here.   Your avatar, too, is bright, cheery, sweet and joyful, and can't help but be a gift that generate smiles for us all.    Take care.❤️

We lost internet for a while and the lights were flickering on and off.  It was pouring rain for a little while.  

I see there's some tornado watches and warnings.  I hope you're safe @cowboy sam

We had storms rolling through here yesterday, too.  One after another, quite a bit of lightning, lots of rain, but not damaging as far as I know.  

I just got an alert on my iPad that we have strong thunderstorms with hail and strong winds coming our way.
