@cowboy sam @Rain always makes me feel nappish.We have sun but not really warm.Still a nice day.

my son is making focaccia bread today and has been sending pics of the progress...it looks good.

@cowboy sam : Just finished cooking. Cleaning bathroom to take shower but thunderstorms just started. Thunderstorms for tonight, rain tomorrow and more thunderstorms Monday night 😲. Southern Bee

Focaccia bread - yum - u need yeast for that, I believe

I never made it but always wanted to

not much experience with yeast period - only made challah and cinnamon rolls along time ago

I'll watch those cooking shows where they make homemade croissants and fancy pastries and breads.  

 

I tried making bread once.  I wasn't sure if the yeast activated.  It took a long time to rise.  LOL  I baked it and it tasted good, but it wasn't worth doing it again.  I wasn't sure if I kneaded too much or not enough.  LOL

 

I was watching someone making sourdough bread.  He said the starter was over 100 years old or something.  I bet it was delicious.
