How are you doing?  How is your sister doing.  I have a bad memory, so please excuse me.  Does your sister live close to you?  Either close or far, still much heartache for you.  But I know you are a loving sister!

I am so pleased you have a new doctor to direct your care.  So essential to anyone of us!  and tests and tests.  And yes, no one is perfect and we are all learning how to take the best care of ourselves as we can.  I am a big believer of the right supplements!  A pain in the neck to worry about, but they really make a difference in how we feel.  I think so few of us have a perfect diet.  
Now that you have a caring doctor, maybe you could ask her advice for allergy problems?  I have had in the past and it makes you feel lousy.  But so many new drugs out there - the little sprays in my nose every am have cured my issues.

I used to feel so sick with allergies - no more.  
I agree with watching tv, avoiding violent shows or anything that upsetting.  Could you find a quiet spot to read or take a little nap while DH watches that show?

I watch too much news myself and must stop.  I get very upset over what I can do nothing about.

Like you, I try to start my day in a prayerful way.  Pray, read, or watch Joyce Meyer's show for me.  I do have some religious symbols in my home, reminding me of what is really important to me.

My sister lives in a different state.  She will be transferred to assisted living from the rehab facility sometime this coming weekend.  Hopefully her treatments will keep her cancer from spreading, but it won't cure it.  And we all hope it will give her a better quality of life as right now she's very weak and barely able to make it to the bathroom via wheelchair.  Unfortunately, the outlook is not good.

@PamfromCT : Thanks. Totally agree and understand. I will discuss allergies in next visit plus Doctor waiting for lab and other test results.

I just feel so fatigue and sleepy. Decided not to cook this weekend. Very expensive and not healthy ordering meals but doing the best that I can considering.

I am only comfortable in my recliner in my den.

I am really struggling with my vision and currently just reading my daily scriptures plan.🤗🤗❤❤❤🙏🙏

I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling bad.  I can understand being tired.  I feel the same way.  I'm just exhausted, yet I haven't done anything to get that way.  I think it's age and stress.  So much uncertainty, frustration and confusion in my life now that it's taking a toll.  But as you say, we do the best we can.

Hopefully your new doctor can help you feel better.  I will pray for you and DH also. 🙏
