@cowboy sam : Relieved you escaped bad weather. Got bad about 1:30 a.m. Loud thunder, strong winds and hard rain. I live on a cul-de-sac and on the right side of the curve and this can made everything sound louder. If we get bad weather on garbage day..... the garbage cans are flying around. We didn't lose power. DH snoring and sleeping the whole time. Me a light sleeper.

Friend across the street yesterday afternoon cleaned our vinyl fence and DH payed him and he put bigger and better numbers on our mail box. A few years ago he built a wooden mail box post for us and it still looks good. Our back yard wooden fence is falling down. Neighbor said he could replace and give good price. After last night really expecting the back fence to be on the ground and shocked that it was still up but broken in a few more sections.Always something  to add to the do list.

Really shocked that friend was walking after surgery.

Get some rest and enjoy your weekend.❤🤗🙏.

Dear Preds Friends,

@cowboy sam

I hope your eyes are better!  If. Or, I hope you can see your doctor soon for help.

I am very sorry for all your son is going through, and I pray he will be ok.  Being a mother can sure be tough, right?

I am so sorry for what your dear friend is going through.  Cancer is so terrible, and I fervently hope more cures will happen.  Like all of us.

You, your son, and your friend will be remembered in my prayers, you can be sure.

@SouthernBee

I was glad to see your posts and so relieved to hear that damage to your property was minimal.  So happy that you and your DH are ok.

The weather is so many parts of the country seems to have become such a huge danger.  How terrible to read of the loss of life especially.  Not to minimize the total loss of your home and everything you own.  We are all part of a big family, and we all hope and pray all will get better.

You are a busy bee, to be sure.  Your commitment to your home is always admired.  I don't know how you do it!  Maybe you can send some of yours pink and determination my way!

@SouthernBee

My friend  is not wanting to die from cancer  and is determined to beat it  and feels that walking  or whatever  it takes will help her keep her strength up enough to keep fighting it.

I honestly  don't know if I could have survived what she has been through these last few months?

Happy your neighbor is helping you out with your yard  and fenceHeart

@geezerette and all Preds friends,

I read your lovely message to @SouthernBee and all Preds friends.  How true it is.

My Mom told me "Everybody has their troubles" and she was so right.  Appearances can be deceiving, and no one escapes troubles and heartache - it is part of life.

There are so many here that carry on like troopers.  They are an inspiration.  We never know what is around the corner, to be sure.

I am personally trying hard to get back to normal of feeling so ill.  Quite a shock, as I was vaxxed, and I never thought I would get that sick for so long.  Trying to dig out this house.

Thanks to all for kind words.
