Hi Y'all. Hectic morning. Cookies are baked.I  struggled but finished. Need to clean kitchen.

BIL passed 1:30 this morning. Drama. SIL stated she had cell phone off because of chest pains( SIL that lives 45 minutes from us) she always doing something for extra attention. I will be monitoring all contacts.🤗❤❤🙏🙏

I'm sorry to hear your BIL has passed on.  I know you said you aren't close, but he's still family.  And as you get up in age, more and more people we know leave.

My sincere sympathies to your DH, as well.♥️

Pancake sis called me last night to ask me to go with her  and neighbor friend..  today for lunch..

as we won't be seeing our friend for a few weeks  or month??

Friend has to have tests done  over next few days  and her surgery will be Tuesday of next week for her double mastectomy...due to cancer in one breast.

Yesterday was a good day....we ended up traveling to a Cracker Barrel  as that is where "friend" wanted to eat.

After eating i shopped  and

I bought 2 new  winter  themed  sweat shirts... brand is   "Morning Sun"  

first one is "Burgundy  color"with  5 owls..

one owl on small branch

then 2 owls below it  on small branch...

last has 3 owls on  branch

.I told clerk i needed a Med...but   saw only had large or etxra large out....  so.she went into back room to get me a medium size one...told me they were put out Tuesday  and was selling  out fast  in med. size!

#2 isdark  forest? green  w / 6/"Chickadees"   birds/ onbranches with green leaves..perhaps mistletoe  leaves?   also size M

uh...bought them without  them being on sale

Today  i am staying home !

Friday...daughter asked me to go shopping w/her   as i need to buy her a birthday gift   for her to pick out yet!

I love the selection of colors and patterns.  And I love my birdies!  How can a girl go wrong?  Whenever we go to Cracker Barrel, I am much more interested in all the decorations, clothing, and such - who cares about the food?

I agree about the food  as i am tired of their food  but when with pancake  and her friend   i have to go where they go...they drive  and i was never interested in learning,i can't judge distance,etc.

But i love to look at new items everytime i go .

But right now no sales on anything   !   I love  the burgandy  color...so thats why i bought my sweatshirt now  as they sell  out fast  in my size!
