I always hated going to Walmart when they rearranged everything. I can't remember the last time that I was in Walmart  but it has been months.

So far my favorite bought tea has been the Publix Deli tea and the sweet tea isn't syrupy sweet but still put lemon in it. DH always put my tea in a plastic cup with lid and straw. Lately, I have been knocking the cup over when trying to reach for it and some still spills out. Yesterday purchased a 20 ounce tumbler with a handle and hope this helps and will fit in my lap table cup holder , if I measured correctly. Always something.🤗❤

@cowboy sam : That Pure Leaf tea for me had too much of an artificial taste. No more trying other brands and will purchase the Publix deli tea. My lunch was a large chef salad with smoked turkey and chicken. Purchased another meal for tomorrow: vegetable plate with cream corn, collards, butter beans and black eyed peas.

Just made small donation to hospice in memory of my brother for what would have been his 75 th birthday today. I do this every year because I appreciate them taking care of him because he had no medical insurance.

uh..i ordered 2  Joan Rivers -vinage puffy gold tone reversable  pendants with 30 inch chains  and vender on Ebay   and was shipped on"July 02"

They were finally delivered today "July 18th! "

Mailed from Maine  then sent to St.Louis,Mo.....was in St. Louis 2 times😡😡...and all i was told pkg was delayed  whenever i checked on my pkg....

It finally made it to me in Illinois today!!!☺🤐 I do love both of my reversable gold tone puffy hearts... grey plain on one side   and pretty flowers on other side..

oh..while on Ebay  and leaving my review for seller for the 2 Joan Rivers vintage heart pendants

i looked to see if any venders had canes like i have bought from Amazon or Walmart   for between $23.00to $25.00...

was i in shock😣🤐.a....vender wa nted $40.00  plus close to $12.00 for shipping😡  wow!  not getting any of my money!!

uh..please don't ask how many walking canes i have.

But..will admit to having 2 different ones with the matching colored big feet with matching cane color on them

Going for a late lunch  after pancakes neighbor gets her hair cut at 2pm...so might be 3-4 pm before we eat together today...so i will have a short snack.

Hi Y'all. Mercy : Spam calls. I have the CPR call blocker with the big red button, a Panasonic phone that blocks calls and finally in the last couple of months added the phone company call block. But yesterday and today phone has been ringing with potential spam calls. This morning started by 9 a.m and before lunch had over 20 calls. Called the phone company to see if the call block still enabled and she said yes. Also suggested that I call and register with Do Not Call and need to register yearly.

I checked with Amazon and the CPR call blocker was purchased in 2016 and they have a newer CPR that came out in 2022. DH gave me the money for the purchase because he has been upset the last two days with the phone ringing. Hope this makes a big difference. 

I need a vacation but not physically able to take one.😥😥😥

I ordered my new houndstooth cane plus tp paper a bit ago...from Amazon

but i want to check out your newCPR call blocker..as i'm also starting to get unwanted calls recently...not id on myolder panasonic land line..just telling  me...out of area!  and n0nly  phone numbers!

I don't answer phone and puch block on my phone.

enjoy your meals....lol about dh pancake sis  not wanting to change her eating places...lol!

sounds like my dictator sis...i'm upset with her from her mouth yesterday  and told her no when she called today...she sounded unhappy i said no but...told her again no!

I then had to take a script pill to relax my stomach..as i tiened the muscles without trying to  and felt belly pain!  She isn't worth the pain today!

@cowboy sam : My tumbler and shoes are supposed to be delivered Sunday and that indicates the Amazon UPS delivery will be transferred to the post office and they normally hold delivery for Monday and everything else to be delivered on Tuesday.

My old CPR call blocker was good and blocked a lot of calls. It was the CPR V5000.

So sad that spending times with certain relatives can cause tummy pain or other issues.

i just got my at&t phone bill...wow they upped my internet by$ 6.00 so now will be$66.00 a month! 

my land line went up.53 cents...so it will be $61.73

so both total of  $127.73 in August

I think i will put the call blocker device on hold right now...until i can think what do i do next????

EGADS! went to the supermarket and bought gasp... MEAT and an onion

I have not bought meat or aoromatics since Winter - 

a family sized pack of thighs and two 1lb packages of ground beef (chili on tues)

found my cutting boards and knives - and invited my brother for dinner

i had 4 plates but cannot find them - went rhough some bins - a chest where i stored all the breakables during renov - nope - boxes - nope - i dont know where they are

yes - i only own 4 (new) pretty dinner plates

dinner was serves on a corelle plate (which i use as a spoon rest or dessert plate)

it is also used to collect water from the collander filled with potatoes as u can see lol

i ate from. a serving bowl - u makes do - all other bowls were cereal sized and a reg bowl was holding something in the fridge - 

recipe is from Southern Living - Lemon-rosemary garlic chicken and potatoes

chicken seared on the skillet - add potatoes - pour marinade over everything and into the oven to finsih off

well - searing part was okay since i have used the cooktop a few times

couldnt figure out the oven - thought it was preheating bc i saw the numbers but it wasnt - lol

it all worked out - i haven't cleaned so many dishes in also a very long time

it felt good and i feel blessed
