@loveschocolate : 😂😂😂😂. Plus many other issues.

I just hate when anyone brags and promises what they will do but only do so little.

Hi Y'all: To protect the shelves on the laundry  cart, I had extra shelve liner and really easy to wipe off. Also put the shelf liner on top of the dryer to protect the top. So that saved some money. I keep my empty Kleenex box to put the dryer lint in, no extra cleaning and just put in trash when full. I use two different types of the laundry pods, one the free and clear and Gain. Looking for something to put the pods in. I will also put a bottle of water on the cart because I use this to dilute  the liquid fabric softner. The washer repair man suggested this to protect the washer.

I discovered that if I use the liquid fabric softener, warm water and the permanent press cycle : my denim skirts has less wrinkles but y'all were probably already aware of this.

If you have any suggestions or ideas to help me, please share.🤗❤❤

Good Morning everyone, this may be a bit long today. LOL First off I want you to know that I do read the forums without signing in and I do enjoy reading about your events.

I went on vacation to celebrate my two oldest birthday with the other kids, grandkids and fur grands. I traveled via Amtrak to Maryland and then drove over to Delaware where we all stayed in my daughter in laws's family's beach home. We all had a great time and went also went to Ocean City for fun. In that time I stayed a week and came back home last Wednesday.

So after all of that, I thought with my medical degree that I had a sinus issue because of area change, but no. I've come down with the #$% FLU! I can't tell you the last time that I had the flu, but I've since found out that it's running rampant here on the Cape. I'll spare you all the details but I'm on my way to recovery and hopefully by next week will feel "normal" again.

BTW, I will be getting my annual flu shot next month like I usually do.

@SouthernBee

Your new laundry looks terrific!  And you got it organized quickly.👍

I don't have any suggestions, other than maybe you have an old container hanging around, like Tupperware/Lock N Lock type, that would fit for your laundry pods.  At least temporarily until you can find something you like.

Happy Washing!🙂

@SouthernBee,

I am rather addicted to these square soft peppermint candies and the container that they come in is very handy for things like that. Just a thoughtWoman Happy I remove the label. I use them for my holding my recycled cat food cans until garbage day etc. Since I always have to have the candy around I don't have to buy containers for items aound the house.

@geezerette : Thank you. Great idea. I had one extra Lock n Lock but it was too wide.

@tiny 2 : Great idea. Thanks. Any suggestions on how to remove the label without any glue left on the container.

I have a plastic container from Sam's club that had 3 pounds and 6 ounces of the Starburst candies and it should fit.
