Stopping by to wish all of you a Happy & Peaceful Labor Day Weekend...Weather is looking good here in the Northeast...I'm getting ready to clean out our windowbox and other annuals to get ready for Mums and Pumpkins in another couple of weeks....We have a couple of household projects to finish off this weekend and will also be joining some friends for a cookout and fun ...We will be taking a potato salad  and I'm also making a truffle...haven't made a truffle for a while but our friends remember it and hinted at another one...Our friends will be grilling some hamburgers and hot dogs with vegetable kabobs....an all American cookout!  😋

eta:..I forgot to mention...how could I...that we received two phone calls this week from Publishers Clearing House that we are the winners of $16,000,000 or some amount close to that... but we have just been too busy to claim it!   LOL

Hello Friends,

Haven't posted due to this ongoing bathroom mess that won't be fully done until Tuesday. 

The worker will be working all day tomorrow to try to finish, but it's not guaranteed. It has been so stressful.
I have to run to my sons place to shower, and there's  no bathroom usage here during the day, so I was staying there until they leave at quitting time.

My neighbor said we can use her bathroom if necessary, as a matter of fact,  2 neighbors offered, but so far so good.

We take turns just running to my son's place if we have to use the bathroom. Not the kind of thing you want to do in a neighbors place. 😝 

Tomorow will be the real test, because we have a party to attend. So we will run to my son's place very early in the AM or really late tonight to shower, because he's also going to the party. 

I have to drop my dog off with a sitter, pick up my mom and get her ready, travel about an hour... depending on traffic for the party.

I feel the stress level rising in me just thinking about it. All that relaxing I did last week, does nothing for me now. 😝 

I will channel the beauty of the Ocean; I so admired on vacay and hope it gets me through. 😊

Ty...i am excited to up grade my Moto g4 stylus to a 5...will let you know later how soon i activate it after its delivered...i still have another years air time and more  texts,data,etc  then i can use up...

i understand someone posted  that the new one doesn't need to activate it right away   can wait up to a year to do so.
