@Yahooey : Hectic day for me. Friend took me to my doctors appointment. Got busted on my weight, put on thyroid medicine and blood work done. Seeing my gastro doctor tomorrow and he told me in November needed to do something   about my weight. Having trouble writing this - everything very slow?!!

We then went to lunch and enjoyed a sandwich and water.

Then to see a church lady that does clothes alterations. Had 4 skirts that were to long. Two skirts needed new elastic. Plus 4 jackets the sleeves were too long.

Doing more research on hypothyroidism on healthy foods to eat. Not looking forward to tomorrow.

we had a wopper of a storm last night...all the lightning made me anxious!

States around us had tornados or storms Mo.,Iowa,Indiana,Wisconsin..so it decides to visit us...

at one time the county weather alert was "dirt storms" for a while then canceled them!

Then this morning drizzling rain...or none at all...i tried a few minutes ago to walk up the street...i got as far as the corner and had to come back...body said no way...ouchies!

I did a bit of unexpected shopping online on Ebay...a seller let me know she had some new Rhonda Shear bras on sale...one  pull over style i like  and hard to find in style&size!

She was selling a pkg of 3 brand new ones in colors i don't have...she was asking $25.99..i contacted her and offered her $21.00..and she said yes..plus free S&H!I had to pay tax $1.37 of course.

Then another sell had a different set of 3 in other colors. same stye.  also brand new...was asking $29.99 and i sent her a email through ebay also and offered her $25.00  it also  it was accepted w/free s&h.! and $1.67 for tax!

Biggest buy was a   newer Anuschka Jazz Trio bag   that "dd" was wanting,,,

that was over $200.00  2  years ago,

last year...it was $150.00or more. 

 plus with "matching wallet" included!!!! for $62.99 plus s&h and tax..came to $79.13

Ebay has same bag "without" matching wallet for $73.00  without S&H and tax! Sorry..ebay...lol

I have been  hypothyroid  for many years..it means your thyroid quit/doesn't produce enough to be working in so many words.

but was told it was now on low side..I.need another blood test in 2 months to be checked again. 

What dosage were you put on??

@cowboy sam : The medicine is 25 mcg. I was out of all my medications and stated no refills until schedule appointment. Waiting for everything to be filled.

yes.... losing weight is difficult for me also

i've been eating ice cream every night - sigh

but that is totally on me

i know u have mobility issues so exercising is difficult

were u able to do the sitting down pedaling thing?

I eat such bland,blah food..that the salty/sweet taste i wasn't sure of if liking it or not?

But after eating ..ok will count how many left in box...uh they are still individually wrapped...1,2,3,4,  left outta 8..

hmmm 6.....because i don't salt my food and i can really taste  it....

hmmm that means i can taste food...lol!

My best friend always tells me i eat weird food...lol!

You were right about my peony leaves after some got frost bit....they are still doing good  and wow they have grown sooooo much.!..but i need to see more buds  on newer leaves soon!

sunny and warm today - NOT hot which is good since i heat up whenever i move

planning to get a BD and graduation card

meeting knitting friend this weekend for her BD

will be seeing the movie Love Again - eating and laughs

baking her focaccia bread

the graduation card is for a BFF daughter - she is a physcial therapist

graduated a year early for a doctorate degree - i joke we will all need her services

i haven't seen the friend since 2019 before covid

they are throwing a party so my other BFF (the one i travel with to Boston)

we all 3 were friends in college and stayed close although we may not see or speak for a long time - we got each other's back

friends since we were 18 - dat is a L O N G time

yummy salty and sweet biscotti

a little sea salt on top of sweet stuff is good

what is ur favorite flavor? or favorite flavors is probably more like it

there is 1 bud on each 2 peony plants that are kinda big

the other buds are so tiny - idk if they will devlope or die back

the 3rd plant - has a microscopic bud

still so excited - these 2 buds didnt flower last year so it will be a brand new surprise - cant wait

I want to order double chocolate or the gingerbread   or pumpkin spice? next...i think?So after i try more i'll let ya know.uh..does that mean i need to hunt some down today ??

I walked to groc. store a hour ago and bought close to 12" Stouffer" brand frozen meals...going to try one of the  2 of the vegtable lasgna i found new to me.

Also a small tub of ham salad, and 2 loves of wheat bread.I still managed to zip my frozen food bag to carry home...last 2 blocks  the bag feels soooo heavy!
